I met Enzo Apa, the United States representative for Gemma Coffee Roasters located in Florida. After several lengthy conversations with Enzo, I decided to buy the Gemma Coffee Roaster. I could not be happier with this Roaster. For a small, micro roasting business just starting out, I could not have made a better decision. The Roaster is unbelievably user-friendly and I am thrilled with the consistency of the roast profiles. This Roaster has done absolutely everything it was advertised to do and is the best investment I could have made.

We’ve purchased the Gemma Coffee Roaster in August 2017, is now over a year, and we’ve never need any service on the machine. It’s built much heavier than cheaper imports and other machines costing 1/3 more, and weighs more than machines twice its size! we are using to roast green coffee 5 days per week and we now sale our own coffee blends.
